Kimberly Watson-Hemphill, President
Firefly Consulting was founded by Kimberly Watson-Hemphill, a globally known expert in the field of Innovation and Operational Excellence. She was previously a partner with Accenture and a Vice President of George Group Consulting, and is currently on the faculty of the Acton School of Business. Kristine Nissen Bradley
Kristine has twenty years of experience in all areas of business process management and improvement, with demonstrated expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, Design for Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Total Quality Management, cost reduction, simulation and statistical modeling. She has deployed process improvement methods to clients around the world, training and coaching over 1,000 Green Belts, Black Belts, Master Black Belts and Champions in North America, Europe and Asia. Randy Boyd
Randy has over twenty years of experience in implementing all aspects of Operational Excellence, specializing in services and transactional applications. He has a Master Degree from Texas A&M University in Health Administration (MPA). He served as a Sr. Partner for the George Group and most recently as the Global Research and Development Lead for Accenture's Process & Innovation Performance offerings. Eric Carter
Eric has 20 years of business and leadership experience, succeeding in improving processes and business outcomes in various industries. He is successful by blending rigorous analytical methods with organizational development and change management. He has significant expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, and Design methodologies in both manufacturing and transactional environments. His educational background includes a BSME, MBA, and completed coursework for a PhD BA. He is also a licensed Profession Engineer (PE) in the state of North Carolina and a GE certified MBB. Charles Cox
Charles has three decades of performance improvement experience in both transactional and manufacturing environments. He has applied his passion for disciplined, rapid improvement with senior executives, middle managers, supervisors and single contributors in the Americas, Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe, designing and leading programs with as few as 12 and over 500 participants, saving clients millions of dollars, often reducing cycle times more than 70%, streamlining processes and fundamentally changing enterprise operations and the organizations’ competitive position in the market. Lisa Custer, PhD
Lisa is a Master Black Belt with over twenty five years of experience in all aspects of process management and continuous improvement. Lisa‘s specialties are Six Sigma, Lean, Design, Total Productive Maintenance and Total Quality Management. Lisa has successfully deployed Operational Excellence and has trained and mentored over 1500 senior leaders, black belts, green belts and kaizen leaders on all regions of the world. Keith Johnson
Keith has twenty years of experience in continuous improvement, with broad functional expertise in both manufacturing and service businesses. He is an experienced deployment leader and has trained over 1,000 executives, Black Belts and Green Belts. Additionally, he has led over 75 Kaizen events. Previously, he has been the Rapid Continuous Improvement leader at Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, a Principal at Accenture, an Engagement Director at George Group and a Master Black Belt at Celanese Chemicals. Jeff Kahne, PhD
Jeff brings over 20 years of organizational and process improvement experience in service and manufacturing industries, including financial services, healthcare, chemicals and plastics, DoD combat operations and intelligence, chemicals and plastics, semiconductors, as well as international logistics. He has broad experience in Fortune 500 companies throughout North America, Asia, and Europe. He is recognized as a leader in the area of process improvement – requested to speak at conferences and universities in the U.S. and China on the subject of Business Process Management, Six Sigma, and Lean Methodologies.
