Kristine Nissen Bradley
Kristine has twenty years of experience in all areas of business process management and improvement, with demonstrated expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, Design for Six Sigma, Project Management, Total Quality Management, cost reduction, simulation and statistical modeling.
As a process improvement consultant, she has deployed process improvement methods to clients around the world, with an emphasis on driving organic internalization of these techniques. She has successfully implemented Lean and Six Sigma techniques within global logistics/distribution, chemical, manufacturing, medical device, healthcare, aerospace, electronics, retail and service companies ranging from $400M to $40B in annual revenue. She has trained and coached over 1,000 Green Belts, Black Belts, Master Black Belts and Champions in North America, Europe and Asia.
Kristine has developed numerous training curriculums including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt, for both Operations and Business Processes, and Design for Six Sigma. She also co-developed the Six Sigma Process Design methodology which enables companies to rapidly develop and deploy new processes and services that meet customer needs.
Previous career and project highlights include:
- Managed a Transactional Six Sigma training deployment at a $30B logistical services corporation, training 120 Green Belts and 50 Black Belts, representing $120M in savings
- Led a 4 member coaching team that provided support for Six Sigma projects to 30 Master Black Belts and 280 Black Belts worldwide at a $6B corporation;
- Planned and implemented operational changes to accommodate extensive growth in fulfillment requirements for an Internet based retailer;
- Implemented product cost reduction projects resulting in $1.7M in savings over 2 years for a $100M division of an aerospace manufacturer;
- Implemented new product phase in / phase out process for $1B equipment manufacturer that reduced on-hand inventory by $550K and reduced material obsolescence in future new product roll outs by 75%;
- Utilized designed experiments to evaluate new product improvements in the printed circuit board industry.
She completed an MBA from Duke University – Fuqua School of Business and was named a Fuqua Scholar. She also received a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. Kristine is a certified Master Black Belt.
